New Year, New Goals.

Sometimes we all need a little help in setting and sticking to our health goals.  I created this worksheet to help put goals down on paper.  Not only do you need to know what your goal is, but also why it is important to you, how motivated you are to do it, and who can help you out.  Tracking your progress and rewarding your hard work can also be good motivators.  
It's not too late to start a new goal for 2014! What can you start doing today to improve your health?
